Timocco was happy to be apart of the 2013 I Care 4 Autism Conference, an international trade show of innovators and teachers in the field of preventative care and the treatment of autism.
I Care 4 Autism is a New York based company that featured this year’s conference in Jerusalem. The convention had a strong focus on neurological / developmental aspects of autism, and needed preventative measures.
As autism increases, with an estimated 25,000 new cases a year, conventions that gather professionals and researchers, to build awareness and delve into new and evolved research studies has become imperative. The convention acted as a hub for professionals to bring their experience and discoveries in the medical field, to work toward uprooting the causes of autism. The medical and educational practices needed to discover these causes were discussed in depth.
Making this information accessible and easily understood for families is vital for the families of those with autism, as well as for practitioners and therapists. I Care 4 Autism did a wonderful job of gathering necessary information and providing it in a way for others to grasp easily.
Timocco was honored to be among such great minds in this field, and to present Timocco and the therapeutic value these games provide to children with autism.
